Features of non-woven fabrics

Oct.25.2022

The difference between pp non-woven fabric and spunlace non-woven fabric. PP refers to the raw material of non-woven fabric is PP, and spunlace non-woven fabric refers to the production process. The two non-woven fabrics are mainly different from each other in terms of process flow. The specific fabrics are not fundamentally different. Now let's explain PP non-woven fabric in detail: the exact name of non-woven fabric should be non-woven fabric, or non-woven fabric. Because it is a kind of fabric formed without spinning and weaving, it is simply formed by directional or random strutting of textile short fibers or filaments to form a fiber mesh structure, and then reinforced by mechanical, thermal adhesive or chemical methods.

According to different production processes, non-woven fabrics can be divided into: 1. Spunlaced non-woven fabrics: high-pressure micro water is sprayed onto one or more layers of fiber mesh, so that the fibers are intertwined with each other, so that the fiber mesh can be reinforced and has a certain strength.
2. Heat bonded non-woven fabric: it refers to adding fibrous or powdery hot-melt bonding reinforcement materials to the fiber mesh, and then heating, melting, cooling and strengthening the fiber mesh into a cloth.
3. Pulp air laid non-woven fabric: also known as dust-free paper, dry papermaking non-woven fabric. It uses the air flow forming technology to open the wood pulp fiberboard into a single fiber state, and then uses the air flow method to make the fiber agglomerate on the net curtain, and then the fiber net is reinforced into cloth.
